The challenge

Pre-covid, Medi UK would host in-person clinical training sessions with 25 nurse attendees. After going virtual in 2021, they realised they could attain better reach this way, educating a larger number of medical professionals.

With the help of Nobull, Medi UK were after a professional and well-thought-out approach to a webinar, with its biggest audience yet, to help promote their JAS knee brace, a device that allows patients total control in carrying out their ROM therapy.

The solution

We proposed that the best way for Medi UK to achieve a professional and memorable webinar, was to put together an informative presentation, in which each of the 4 panellists would have an opportunity to discuss their expertise in ROM deficit and how the JAS brace can benefit patients.

The panel would include medical professionals to help educate the attendees, but we’d also involve a patient who can give first hand perspective on what they went through and achieved with the help of the JAS knee brace.
A live Q&A session at the end would not only help in engaging attendees, but ensure all their relevant questions are answered, to push the JAS brace as much as possible.

Advertising the webinar was an important factor to its success and reach. To ensure we had as many attendees as possible, we worked on email marketing materials, pre and post event, to engage our audience and collect relevant data.

The results

With over 200 registrants, and 80 live attendees, the webinar was given a 96 average interest rating. Over 86% of those who answered the post-webinar survey would consider exploring the static progressive stretch brace as a potential solution with their patients, and 100% would attend any future Medi UK events.
