IVECO Electrifies CarFest!

CarFest, the annual celebration where rubber meets rock ‘n’ roll, returned from August 23rd to 25th, bringing together families, car enthusiasts, and thrill-seekers for an unforgettable weekend. This year, IVECO and our team made a significant impact by spotlighting some standout stars. Leveraging our expertise, we nabbed media attention for the Tigrotto and created exciting and engaging activities at the event.

One of the show-stealing highlights was the world’s only right-hand drive Daily 4x4 Tigrotto! Decked out in eye-catching two-tone bodywork and vivid red accents, this beast of a vehicle paid a roaring tribute to the original. With a name like "Tigrotto," meaning ‘tiger cub’ in Italian, how could we resist a little fun? Over at the IVECO stand, families entered our playful giveaway for a chance to win a life-size cuddly Tiger.

Another crowd-pleaser was the all-electric eDaily Caged-Tipper, where guests were invited to guess how many balloons could fit inside its Brit-Tipp bodywork. A fun challenge that offered a chance to win Ferrari Challenge Silverstone Paddock tickets.

But the real showstopper that had everyone buzzing was the eDaily Mobile Power Station! This fully-electric marvel, capable of powering just about anything with up to 50kW ePTO, took centre stage powering the EV Café Village.

This incredible setup wasn’t just for show! Visitors could plug in and charge their smart devices whilst those looking to test their skills could take on the built-in giant buzzwire game. Contestants carefully traced the IVECO logo, trying not to touch the frame and setting off the klaxon. The eDaily Mobile Power Station wasn’t just a vehicle, it was an experience that left everyone charged up and excited for the future!

The EV Café Village was a hub of expertise. Automotive icons like Jason Plato, Paul Kerby, John Kurtis, and former Formula One team principal Ross Brawn shared their insights, offering attendees a glimpse into the minds of industry veterans.

IVECO’s presence at CarFest provided an exciting opportunity for the public to engage with cutting-edge automotive technology, learn from industry experts, and enjoy a weekend full of fun, family, and innovation.
